Just fired another ‘UX design company’ that gave us a ‘user-centered’ redesign… which users hated. 🙄 Why do so many agencies just copy-paste Figma templates and call it research? Is anyone actually good at this?

Turns out, our ‘intuitive’ app was stressing users with hidden friction points.Their redesign? Magic. They replaced our clunky onboarding with a choose-your-own-adventure flow (completion rate jumped 75%), added error messages that teach instead of blame, and rebuilt our nav around muscle memory patterns. Our bounce rate nosedived, and users literally emailed us saying, ‘Did you read my mind?’Most UX design companies sell deliverables; these folks sell behavior change.
